Once your order is confirmed, the address provided by the buyer for receipt of the order can no longer be changed. Neither the dispatcher nor Stray may be held liable if the order cannot be delivered on account of a mistake in the delivery address (post box addresses are not an accepted mode of delivery).
We use DHL for shipping and aim to get the order to you within 2-3 working days. Please bear with us during busy periods, and do let us know at email@example.com or on Instagram if you have any questions.
We guarantee the quality of all our products. If you are unsatisfied in any way, we are happy to refund items that are returned to us within 14 days of receipt, in the same condition that it was received and with the tags still attached.
As we are a small business, we ask buyers to cover the cost of returning any item. Please drop us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of any return, and address returned items to:

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, you will be informed by e-mail of the processing of your request. We reserve the right to refuse returned items in the following cases:
Items returned are outside the specified time frame – 14 days from receipt of the item
Are not in the original packaging and state
Please note that only the cost of the original item is refundable, this does not include the original shipping cost or any associated duties and taxes.
